This week I was a bit nervous, as there were quite a few things on the list that I didn’t really want to do.
The list was as follows
1. No chocolate
2. No branded food
3. No fizzy drinks
4. No take aways / eating out
5. No cheese
I think I could possibly only complete one of those. Oh dear.
This week a third of you have decided that I am giving up fizzy drinks. Scary.
I reckon I can give it a good go, but I pretty much live off coke, so we shall see how this week goes.
